COMPOSITE BOATBUILDERS
i3 Composites are looking for x2 advanced level composite boatbuilders to come and join our expanding team. The applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Eligible to legally work in the EU
- Speak English or Spanish ideally a bit of both but at least one language is essential
- A driving license is a bonus
- Proficient at all aspects of modern composite boatbuilding infusion / pre preg / hand lamination with vacuum
Accommodation will be supplied for the first 3 months. Contract duration 6 months minimum.
Innovation3 is a small company run with a very close team and family-like atmosphere. We encourage all our team to be constantly growing and improving on their journeys of becoming a better version of themselves and an expert boatbuilder or technician.
We have regular BBQ on a friday after a busy week and everyone gets along without any unnecessary drama or issues.
The type of work we do is very interesting and varies a lot from pre preg race boat parts / carbon fibre products like swim ladders, dock steps, fenders to onboard yachts in STP shipyard working out of mobile workshops.
The company is 10 years old so we have decent operating systems in place to try and be organised to make all the teams life easier at performing our work.

We are looking for one more young enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding Production team to learn all the skills that are required to become a Marine Composite Manufacturing expert.
