Manufacturing Process:

CNC machined  female tooling , resin infused slats with gel coat to help reduce pin holes and porosity and make the painting process easier.  

The CNC machine  was a great asset for the manufacturing process of the grills to ensure that every single hole lined up perfectly. CNC machined tooling / MDF drilling jigs and assembly jigs were all an important part of this project's requirements to ensure that everything was fitted perfectly first time.
